Zu zwei Synoden fand man sich in Homberg auf der Hohenburg ein, und zwar im Jahr 1532 und 1533. In der Ausstellung werden alle Nachrichten, Protokolle, Teilnehmer zusammengetragen. Auch der Brief Martin Luthers an die Geistlichen, die ihn um Rat gefragt hatten, wird gezeigt.
