Mushrooms in your kitchen!

In the late-autumn forest, with a little luck and the right knowledge,
mushrooms for delicious dishes. A particularly good edible mushroom is the porcini,
the goal of many mushroom hunters. Chestnut mushrooms, birch mushrooms, and oyster mushrooms add variety to your meals. Siegfried Pflum, a certified mushroom consultant, will explain what to look for when foraging so that only edible mushrooms end up in your pan.
