An diesem besonderen Tag werden ausschließlich Führungen in der Fürstlichen Hofbibliothek angeboten.
Im Residenzschloss Arolsen findet in den Räumen der Waffenkammer die Sonderausstellung „Als die Waldecker das Geld selber machten“ statt. Sie beschäftigt sich mit der Waldecker Münzgeschichte.
Die Ausstellung ist täglich während der Öffnungszeiten des Residenzschlosses zu besichtigen (Kosten: Bei einem Ticket für eine Schlossführung dabei, ansonsten 6 Euro für Erwachsene, 3 Euro für Kinder als Eintritt für die Ausstellung Jagd- und Militärgeschichte).
