An beiden Tagen kann man die Vielfalt von klassischen Streetfood, wie z.B. Grillspezialitäten vom Smoker von Lukas Dülfer, auf dem Marktplatz genießen. Made in Witzenhausen sind auch die Bier- und WIZ-Limo-Spezialitäten von Schinkels Brauhaus. Begleitet wird die Veranstaltung, anlässlich der Kirschblüten-Wochen stattfindet, von Livemusik. Der Eintritt ist an beiden Tagen frei.
