Der Baumpark (früher Schlosspark "Boskett") wurde nach Abschluss der Bauarbeiten des "Neuen Schlosses" angelegt und vielseitig bepflanzt.
In dem Baumpark befindet sich die Trink- und Wandelhalle mit der Heilquelle "Schlossbrunnen".
Die Heilquelle - ein fluoridhaltiges Calcium-Magnesium-Sulfat-Wasser – wurde 1972/1973 in einer Tiefe von ca. 400 m im früheren Schlosspark erbohrt und wird überwiegend bei Magen-Darm-Erkrankungen eingesetzt.
