Gallery Art - private

The art-privat gallery is located in a Gründerzeit house in the district of vorderer Westen. Private, public and cosy, it shows art in unusual spaces with amazingly normal people.

Till Mertens and Nora von der Decken, a couple of lovers and artists, have lived in this flat for 30 years and design it with everything that is part of life: composing, diapering, phoning, sack hopping, painting, playing, selling and thinking. They integrate the gallery into the spacious 50-square-metre hallway, the heart of the flat.
