Greentrails Korbach am Eisenberg

GreenTrails Korbach offers an MTB experience for all, contrary to the common perception of "trails" or "trail parks" being designed only for experienced and enthusiastic mountain bikers. The trails at Greentrails Korbach are different and cater to riders of all ages and skill levels, including children, teenagers, adults, and seniors, providing an enjoyable experience for everyone.

These single-trails are integrated into the landscape of Korbacher Eisenberg. Two trails go downhill, one goes uphill, and one runs parallel to the slope around the mountain. All trails are designed as "one-way" routes. The downhill trail has a maximum gradient of 5 percent, making it accessible to anyone with a terrain-capable bicycle and offering a fun and exciting ride due to the specially designed terrain.

A special highlight is the parallel-themed trail called "Gold." The Gold-Trail starts at the Gold Miner's Hut (near the Zechehnhaus and Eisenberghütte). Along this trail, the story of the gold miner, Caspar, is narrated through small obstacles and playful elements. Using smartphones and QR codes, additional interesting information about gold mining, how the gold miner obtained gold, and what his reward was for his hard work is available at the five stations along the trail.

The Trailpark Korbach offers the following routes:

2 x Downhill Trails 1 x Uphill Trail 1 x Themed Trail (parallel to the slope)

The four single trails have a total length of about 10 km and can be combined to create different routes.
