Ehemaliges Jagdschloss, das heute im Besitz der Stadt Battenberg ist und die Stadtverwaltung beherbergt.
Die Neuburg wurde 1732 von Oberforstmeister Karl Johann Philipp Löner von Laurenburg erbaut. Bis 1768 diente Sie als Jagdschloss des Landgrafen Ludwig VIII. Danach Sitz der Forstverwaltung, später Landgericht und Landratsamt des Kreises Battenberg. Als Forstamt und Amtsgericht diente das Gebäude bis 1967 bzw. 1970.
Die Neuburg ist seit 1971 im Besitz der Stadt Battenberg und ist seitdem Sitz der Stadtverwaltung.
