Sehenswert ist das Rathaus in schönster Fachwerkkunst.
Erbaut wurde das Rathaus von 1619 bis 1621. Die Arbeiten wurden von Zimmermeister Daniel Dornseif von Somplar ausgeführt. Schöne ornamentale Schnitzereien zieren das Fachwerk. Der unmittelbar vor dem Rathaus liegende freie Platz galt früher als Marktplatz.
