The Kassel Service Point is undergoing further development. The existing services will be integrated into the new Kassel Info Point, which is scheduled to open in early 2027. The Kassel DokBox will remain available for use during the renovation phase.

What's next?

The Kassel Service Point in the GALERIA is closed, and the location is undergoing redevelopment: The Kassel Info Point will open here in early 2027. Until the Kassel Info Point opens, this page will remain under its familiar name, “Kassel Service Point.” More information about the new services will follow when it opens.
