Along the eastern historic city wall, the "green ring of Hann Münden" lines half of the old town. Especially in spring, the ramparts become a sea of blossoms with numerous crocuses and daffodils. A large playground and a football pitch invite children to play. Numerous benches and a shelter are also located in the ramparts.
