Wilhelmshöhe Visitor Center

Whether you’re traveling by tram (Line 1) or by car, on your way from downtown Kassel to Wilhelmshöhe Castle, you’ll pass right by the Wilhelmshöhe Visitor Center. The old station building has been lovingly restored and is impossible to miss. Here you can find out about the Bergpark, the museums and attractions, and, of course, the water features. In addition to information about the Bergpark, the “Infopoint Kassel – Bad Wilhelmshöhe” offers brochures and information on activities in the Kurzbezirk district and throughout the city.

At the visitor center, you can also access the Bergpark app and the “100 Masterpieces” app. These are the perfect digital companions for exploring the World Heritage Site.

Displays provide information and inspiration if you’re not yet sure what you’d like to do in Kassel—also available in English. You can book guided tours and city walking tours directly online, or visit the tourist information office in downtown Kassel. There, you can also purchase concert tickets and admission tickets.
