When was the last time you allowed yourself to simply play, be amazed and clear your head?

Without deadlines. Without pressure to perform. Just be outside - in nature, at your own pace.

This invitation is aimed at adults who want a conscious break from everyday life.

What you can expect:

Together we will rediscover nature - without time pressure, playfully and with space for your own experiences.
You can expect moments of movement, creative design and time for sharing, pausing and recharging your batteries.

Depending on the weather, we adapt the content flexibly so that we can experience nature in a meaningful and relaxed way even when it's raining or cooler.

The event is run jointly by my cooperation partner Florian Mämpel and myself, Catharina Schütze.
Who is the event suitable for?

This event is primarily aimed at adults who long for a break from everyday life to take a deep breath, clear their heads and recharge their batteries.

Adults who would like to share this experience with their child are very welcome.
Children must be accompanied by an adult; adults are responsible for supervision.

What makes this event special:

This experience invites you to feel more connection again - to yourself, to your surroundings and to other people. It offers space for mindfulness, experience, exchange and soothing moments in nature, without the pressure to perform and without the pace of everyday life.

• Consideration for other people and nature*
• *Our events are non-smoking and alcohol-free. If you want to smoke, you can do so outside the event area - for example on the adjacent street. We do not leave any garbage behind.

What if it rains?
We are outside in all weathers and experience nature as it is.
If it rains, we can use a barn as a sheltered meeting place.
