Here you can relax and unwind! Through the large panoramic windows in the living area and from the large balcony you have a fantastic view of the old town of Hann. Münden, the Tillyschanze, the Reinhardswald and the Weser valley. Relax in the cosy lounge furniture in summer or watch spectacular sunsets with a glass of wine in the evening. The terraced natural garden is a feel-good place at any time of year, but especially when the magnolias, forsythia and rhododendrons are in bloom. The light-flooded chalet extends over 2 floors, which are connected by a spiral staircase. The large bedrooms have views and access to the garden.

The chalet was newly renovated and furnished in 2024. It has 1 living room with open wooden gable and open passage to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob with oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender); 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200); 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), all beds with high quality mattresses; 1 bathroom with shower/WC; 1 room with wardrobe, washing machine. Storage facilities.
The holiday home is equipped with a large flat screen TV, Bluetooth speakers, WLAN internet access.

The chalet is a non-smoking house. A lockable garden shed for bicycles is accessible via outside steps with ramp. The train station and the old town of Hann. Münden are within walking distance of the chalet and offer ideal hourly connections by regional train to the university cities of Kassel and Göttingen with ICE train stations.
